Is a subscription required to make a purchase?
No, a subscription is not required. We do offer a Subscribe to Save member program. When you choose this option, you will save more money compared to a one-time purchase. There are no commitments, obligations, or fees and you can cancel a subscription at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling a subscription is very easy and hassle-free. Simply email our customer service team at support@smarternutrition.com and let us know that you would like to cancel your subscription.
You will receive an email confirmation once the subscription has been canceled.
Can I delay the next delivery of my subscription?
Absolutely! simply contact our customer service team to reschedule your next delivery.
Can I adjust the quantity or add more products to my subscription order?
To adjust the frequency of your shipments or make other changes, simply contact our customer service team at support@smarternutrition.com and we'll make those adjustments promptly. To add additional products, simply place a new subscription order at our website.
What are exclusive offers at the end of the checkout process?
Exclusive offers are provided to customers who have already made a purchase or are in the process of making a purchase with us.
We are able to provide more selections of our products at a deeper discount because we don't need to spend anymore money on marketing dollars to showcase our offerings. We save on marketing expenses so we can pass the savings down to you. Simply calculate the per bottle price and see the price difference!
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use a hybrid system from UPS called UPS Mail Innovations.
What is UPS mail Innovations?
UPS has partnered with the U.S. Postal Service (UPS Mail Innovations), providing the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of mail, with the final last-mile delivery being made by your local post office. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.
How long does it take before an order is shipped?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after your order is received and completed. We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?
Due to COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than usual.
Domestic (shipping within continental US): orders that are shipped within the US typically take 3 - 7 business days for delivery, but in rare cases may take up to 20 business days.
International: orders that are shipped internationally normally take 6 - 16 business days for delivery, but in rare cases may take up to 30 business days depending on how remote or how serviceable your location is by your local postal service and also depending on how the Customs Agency operates in your country.
Please note: with increased pressure on shipping carriers, some carriers may fail to frequently update tracking information. A temporary delay in tracking does not necessarily reflect an actual delay in shipping.
How do I track my package?
You should receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can usually track your package using the provided tracking number on the UPS or USPS website.
Please note: the package status will no longer update once the package has departed the US and the tracking will become active again once it has reached the destination city. The tracking scan to some countries is intermittent due to a lack of consistency between local postal services. Please rest assured that your package is en route even when there doesn't seem to be movement.
Who is responsible for customs fees?
Import regulations vary from country to country. It is difficult for us as a company to predict each individual country's fees and requirements. The recipient (buyer) is responsible to pay for any duties or customs fees.
Please be aware of your country's import regulations before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
You can see all the available shipping destinations during the checkout process. There may be a limited number of locations to which we are unable to ship.
What is your return policy?
Our products come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply return any unused portions to us within 60 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund.* Returns not available outside of the United States.
How do I return a product?
To take advantage of our 60 Day satisfaction guarantee policy, please contact the customer service department to request an RMA # via email at support@smarternutrition.com or by calling us at 1-800-976-6118.

Do you provide prepaid return shipping labels?
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks days for our Returns Department to process your return and document it. Once processed through our warehouse facility we will issue a full refund, which will post to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, less shipping and handling costs.
How do I receive my refund?
We will issue the refund to your original method of payment.
Can I receive a replacement if my order was not delivered successfully.
Sending a replacement will be determined on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Smarter Nutrition. Since some areas are more difficult to deliver to, if we determine that your area is not serviceable, a refund will be provided instead.

Curcumin
Suggested Usage:

Curcumin is a natural blood thinner which helps to deliver nutrients to various parts of the body. If you are already taking a blood-thinning medication please consult with your doctor prior to consuming.

Suggested Usage:

Collagen
Suggested Usage:
Adults take two level scoops with water and mix thoroughly. Mix collagen into room temperature liquid and then chill or add ice.
NOTE: One scoop is approximately 10 grams, individual scoops may yield slightly more or less than 10 grams. This product is packed by weight, not by volume. Settling of contents will occur overtime and cannot be avoided.
